Female, 53 years, decimal visual 
acuity 1.2. No pathology but some discrete age-
related RPE changes superior to the fovea. Normal intraocular pressure and normal visual 
acuity. Normal FAF except for a minor abnor-
mality superior to the optic disc. The cause is 
unknown but peripapillary atrophy of the RPE is 
frequently seen on FAF. et al (2008).
