 Kindly Make sure that handover stock entry in IMS should be punched only after
Product is handed over to the customer.  Don’t punch any handover stock entry on IMS if product is not given to the
customer.  If you’ve done entry in Fin page with the wrong product (Say TFDC) and the
actual delivered product is different (Say RI), Then make sure that issue stock
entry on IMS should be with the actual product delivered (RI) only. Any mismatch in IMS will not be entertained, As main purpose of IMS is to reduce
issues related to mismatch.
