Use of fire doors in buildings -
3.4.5.4 - Opening in walls or floors for service ducts & shafts
a) Shall have minimum 120minutes rating (note only for openings)
b) It covers all shafts meant for cables, electrical wiring, telephone cables, plumbing pipes, etc. c) Inspection door for cable medium & low voltage , electrical shafts shall be 120min.
